An accountant who understands online selling

Selling online looks simple until the first VAT return. Payouts from Shopify, Stripe, PayPal and Amazon arrive net of fees and refunds. Sales go to customers in Ireland, the EU and the UK, each with different VAT rules. Stock sits in your garage, a warehouse or an Amazon fulfilment centre.

We match every payout to the real sales behind it, charge VAT correctly and give you a profit figure you can trust. You get a chartered accountant who answers your questions directly.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register for VAT to sell online in Ireland?

You must register once your sales pass €85,000 for goods or €42,500 for services in a 12-month period. You may also need to register sooner if you buy goods from other EU countries. See how to register for VAT.

What is OSS?

The One Stop Shop lets you report VAT on sales to consumers in other EU countries in one quarterly return, instead of registering in each country.

Can you work with Shopify and Amazon reports?

Yes. We work from your platform reports and bank feeds, and set up a simple monthly routine.

Should my online shop be a limited company?

It depends on your profit and plans. Read sole trader vs limited company, then talk to us. See also our fixed fees.
